How we value being heard…Who gets heard and who is ignored? Connective communication nurtures us and gives us feelings of being accepted, appreciated, attended to, liked, loved, and understood. All too often, however, it is a game of “telephone”. Even when we interact person-to-person, we may find that our words and intentions are misconstrued or not heard at all.
